The thumbnails take a moment to appear (please be patient) If the screen is too small you can click on the icon in the bottom right corner of the video to have it expand to full screen mode. To exit full screen you can simply press the ESC key on your keyboard. 
When the videos run you can make them FULL SCREEN by clicking the very small square icon in the lower right of the player. We're sorry it's so small but it's what we've got to work with right now. Like most other web players, you can exist FULL SCREEN by presssing ESCAPE on your keyboard (the "Esc" key).
