toolbar is an efficient way to access all the features of
LiveInvestor.

The QuickQuotes feature allows an investor
to quickly gain access to detailed equity information without
having to add it to a portfolio. This option allows the
user to immediately obtain issue and summary information
concerning an equity on either the TSX or TSX Venture Exchanges.

Logon Screen
A LiveInvestor
logon screen prompts the client for their Client Identification
(CID) and password. The CID and password are assigned
to a client during account set up.
If the password is forgotten, LiveInvestor
allows for a password reset. However, certain information
must be provided in order for a password regeneration
to occur.

Portfolio
Screen
The portfolio screen contains the
bulk of the LiveInvestor
real-time information. This tabular screen allows the
investor to view over 40 different data values pertaining
to equities and indices alike. Items such as outstanding
shares, last trade, bid sizes and values, among others,
are all provided within this detailed screen.
Interaction can be performed with
this screen either through the supplied buttons at
the bottom of the frame, or through the mouse interface.
By right-clicking on various investments, the user
can launch charts, modify alerts pertaining to the
investment, or even modify the personal information
regarding the investment. Similarly, by interacting
with the table header in the portfolio window, a user
can add additional columns, remove columns, or even
sort values based on a certain column specified.

Alert Screen
The Alert screen is used to communicate urgent information
to the user concerning server status and investment
status. This screen provides the user with a method
to monitor closely certain aspects of his/her investments.
By modifying the various investments in the portfolio
screen, a client can add alerts pertaining to various
values corresponding to an equity. An investor can
use the Alert screen to monitor various levels such
as trade prices, or volumes.

Market Pulse Screen
The Market Pulse screen offers
a consolidated review of various market information
items particular to the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges,
such as; the most active equities, or the greatest
advancers/decliners are offered here. As well, this
screen can interact with the mouse interface to learn
further detailed information regarding the market
items presented here.
