Live Investor 2009

Prior to evaluating LiveInvestor and/or signing up for a new account on LiveInvestor.com, it is recommended that you verify that your computer can support the minimum system requirements to run LiveInvestor. These are the minimum requirements that your computer must meet to effectively run the application for all your real-time investment needs.

Operating System - Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Higher and Windows Vista.  Windows Server Products 

Browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher

Java Runtime Environment - JRE 1.6 or better (install JRE)

Live Investor may not run reliably on Mac.  Please see our FAQ section on Mac before you decide to run Live Investor on your Mac

Any newer computer should be sufficient.  If your computer can run Windows XP then it can likely run Live Investor.  Memory is used heavily in this program so the more RAM you have the better.  We suggest at least 512MB.

Due to the nature of the live streaming data that is being broadcast to clients running the LiveInvestor software, it is highly recommended that the user have a reliable broadband network connection of some form such as ADSL or Cable Modem service.  Not all Satelite based service providers work reliably.
